INVESTOR Options
Investing at IncSwell is divided into two opportunities. The first being a CLASS A investor which will be provided opportunities to fund startups and businesses for a return on their investment. The second being CLASS B investors which primarily will act as a crowd funding source and a marketing base. Both investment opportunities offer a tangible method for economic growth in the Mid-Ohio Valley and your wallet. These two types of investors have a symbiotic relationship. In other words, CLASS A investors do businesses no good without CLASS B investors and vice-versa. CLASS A investors need CLASS B investors to be consumers and referral sources. CLASS B investors need CLASS A investors to allow these startups to have the cash on hand to get their business off the ground.
INVESTOR Requirements
Class A Investor Requirements:
- An individual that has an earned annual income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, OR has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence).
Any entity such as a bank, partnership, corporation, or nonprofit in which all of the equity owners satisfy the individual requirements listed above.
Any trust with total assets in excess of $5 million, not formed to specifically purchase the subject securities, whose purchase is directed by an individual who satisfies the individual requirements listed above.
Class B Investor Requirements:
