WORKSPACE - DESK LEASE
Each desk lessee is provided with their own desk, office chair, and lockable filing cabinet. Inclusive of a desk lease is scheduling access to our conference rooms, free wifi, access to printing, community kitchenette and more.
Desk leases fall into two categories:
Month to Month - $175/mo paid monthly
If you require more than 2 desks, contact us for custom pricing.
CONFERENCE ROOMS
Each desk lessee is provided with scheduling access of these rooms at no additional cost, however, these rooms are available to be scheduled by guests.
Conference room rental rates are as follows:
Rental - $75 for 1st hour, $50 for 2nd hour, and $25 for any hour thereafter. Due at booking.
Example: A 4 hour rental costs $175.
Daily Passes
Daily pass seating is available at all of our locations. Availability is first come first serve. Conference room access is not included.
The daily pass rate is $15/day and due at booking.
